Andrew Greening is delighted to announce the appointment of Claire MacLeod as Senior Partner for Greenings education practice. Claire has spent the last 14 years providing executive recruitment services, specialising in the education sector. She established and led successful search practices for education in a FTSE 250 global recruitment corporation, a smaller, boutique executive search firm and ran her own search firm (with 100% success rate for assignments delivered) for more than five years before being approached to join the team at Greenings International.
Claire’s passion for the sector has resulted in an extensive track record in recruiting senior and executive level posts for universities, colleges, academies, national bodies and private sector companies who serve the education sector. Her experience as a school governor and chair of governors has given her a detailed understanding of the strategic and operational challenges that schools face. Her remit at Greenings is to develop a market-leading international education practice, providing schools and education institutions with sector expertise and executive recruitment services which are second to none.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Greenings,” Claire said. “Over the years I’ve observed the education sector facing increasing financial pressures and global competition, and I’ve led candidate searches that have extended far around the globe. Joining Greenings International made perfect sense, allowing me the opportunity to build on the firm’s exceptional reputation for consistent delivery and ethical practice, as well as utilise its international offices and networks, to continue to deliver a world-class executive search service for the education sector.”
