Andrew has been a pioneer in the Executive Search industry for over 30 years. He has disrupted and challenged the possible for borderless executive search, from turning around international offices and acquisitions to building out new methodologies for client success. Andrew’s global network is driven by his interest and passion for people, helping to further careers and being fully invested in his clients.
Andrew’s early belief in borderless delivery to specialist sectors led to the launch of Greenings, which built a client-centric virtual delivery model, removed territorial barriers, and enabled agile international searches. He possesses deep sector knowledge with a trusted network across the Americas and EMEA regions, benefitting PE firms seeking early acquisition insights and CEOs in need of funding and relevant Board connections.
His passion for helping everyone to find and pursue their ambitions led him to serve as Chairman of Governors for King Edward’s School (Bath), a leading HMC Independent School, from 2005 to 2010. Andrew’s professional education includes Harvard and London Business Schools.
With a passion for all things maritime, Andrew raises funding for Offshore Sailing and Powerboat competitors. He is on the Board of Cowes 200, enjoys motorcycling and spending time with friends and family on the coast.
