Fiona has spent over 25 years in HR Development within financial services, delivering Talent and Organisational Development solutions to major corporates across the US and EMEA regions including NatWest, American Express and HR Access Solutions (Fidelity Investments).
Key areas of expertise: design, development and monitoring of systems and procedures to support individual and collective performance. Development of people strategies to ensure this most valuable resource is attracted, retained and coached to achieve business goals. Project management and implementation of HR related programmes both local and international for corporate and start-up environments.
Fiona is an Associate of the CIPD, an NLP Accredited Practitioner and a Practitioner of Situational Leadership.

Married with two children, Fiona loves Sailing & Dance classes. Her spare time is spent with family, walking their miniature schnauzer, and discovering new gins with friends.

Alexandra’s career in Human Capital began at TalentQ, where she furthered her interest in understanding people, leading to her qualification in Psychometric Testing. Her journey took a pivotal turn upon recognising her Neurodivergence, inspiring Alexandra to earn a 1st Class Honours LLB Law Degree from the Open University.
At Greenings, Alexandra leverages her comprehensive experience and personal insights to spearhead ESG and DE&I efforts, notably as the Neurodiversity Lead for our partners, Project Nemo. Her dedication is crucial in advancing Disability Inclusion within FinTech and promoting greater awareness and acceptance of Neurodiversity and Disability in professional and societal contexts.

Alexandra is an adventurer at heart, from earning her ARDS licence at Silverstone to exploring diverse international cuisines. Her most cherished moments are spent at home with her Miniature Dachshund, enjoying comedy or engrossed in literature about psychology or neurodiversity.

Andrew has been a pioneer in the Executive Search industry for over 30 years. He has disrupted and challenged the possible for cross-border executive search and talent acquisition, from turning around international offices and acquisitions to building out new methodologies for client success. Andrew’s global network is driven by his interest and passion for people, helping to further careers and being fully invested in his clients.
Andrew’s innovation continued with the launch of Greenings, building a client-centric virtual delivery model, removing territorial barriers and enabling agile international searches. He possesses deep sector knowledge with a trusted network across the Americas and EMEA regions, benefiting private equity firms seeking early acquisition insights and CEOs in need of funding and relevant Board connections.
His passion for helping everyone to find and pursue their ambitions, led him to serve as Chairman of Governors for King Edward’s in Bath, a leading HMC Independent School, from 2005 to 2010. Andrew’s professional education includes Harvard and London Business Schools, he helps fund raise for offshore sailing and powerboat professionals and enjoys motorcycling touring and sailing with his family and friends.

Karen heads up the Research function for Greening and has been an integral member of the team that has differentiated our offering, engaging with candidates across the globe and across multiple sectors
Karen studied French and German at Oxford Brookes University and moved to Paris after graduation for Arthur Andersen (Accenture)
She subsequently joined Logica in their HR function whilst studying part time for her IPD qualification; latterly she was HR Manager in the Financial Services division, (retail and wholesale banking)
Karen moved into Executive Research in the late 90’s and has supported Andrew and the team across Europe and the Americas for the last 15 years

Karen lives in Kent with her husband and three dogs and enjoys holidays in the British Virgin Islands and anywhere else with a warm climate

Lui started her career in Publishing but soon chose to focus on becoming an Executive Assistant given her strong organisational abilities and communication skills. She gained experience in London in the Financial Services sector where she supported a Global HR Leader, and also has experience overseas from working in Hong Kong where she was Executive Assistant to the Chairman of Asia Pacific’s leading IT recruitment company.
Lui supports the virtual interface between Greenings’ clients and candidates around the globe. Her principal focus is managing complex travel itineraries and diary logistics, as well as supporting the global team.

Lui enjoys travel, yoga and running around after her two young children.
Claire Parkinson

Claire has a dual role within Research and Consultancy at Greenings. She started her career recruiting multilingual candidates into the financial services sector in London with Euro London Appointments, then moved to France to establish and manage their Paris office. A fluent French speaker, she spent over six years in Paris during which time she joined PSD Group, successfully launching the finance specialism from a standing start, building a loyal pan-European network of clients and candidates thanks to her high level of motivation and dedication to quality of delivery.
With consistent levels of success, Claire has enjoyed working with both smaller start-up/scale-up businesses as well as large corporates, with a focus on finance, commercial and HR roles, both in the UK and internationally. She enjoys rewarding long term relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues alike.
Outside of Greenings:
When not busy looking after her three children, Claire enjoys going for long walks or runs with her dog in the countryside, singing with the SingSpace musical theatre choir, or just reading a good book.

Kate has over 30 years’ experience as an EA and administrative manager across a wide variety of sectors including financial services, private education, NGO, retail and public. She has worked at CEO level providing support to the heads of global businesses for nearly 20 years and has spent most of the last 15 years working within Payments, supporting senior leadership between London/Atlanta, when she also had responsibility for organising incentive events.
Kate provides EA support including diary management, logistics, liaising with candidates and clients as required, assignment process management, as well as providing general support to the global team.

Kate is a budding cellist, a close follower of Italian and modern opera and enjoys travel and the arts.

Her roles have ranged from Board Director to CEO, and she also serves as a Chartered Director, Board Coach, Executive Mentor, and Professional Speaker.
As well as holding a Cranfield MBA and a Commercial Law Degree from De Montfort University, Kate is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management. She has worked with notable companies like Hilton, DeVere, Marstons, and Diageo, contributing to transformation efforts alongside Telent, Kier, Mitie, and Sage. Specialisms include acquisitions, exit strategies, strategic growth, and adapting to the ever-changing business landscape.

David Elleray MBE

David has forged distinguished careers in sport and education, combining both fields successfully for over 40 years.
His 30-year tenure at Harrow produced the only clash when, as candidate for the Headmastership, he declined refereeing in the FIFA World Cup finals in France.
As England’s top football referee for 20 years and successful international for 8, he has refereed the FA Cup final and international finals in Europe, Africa, Asia and S. America.
A Member of the FA Council since 2002 and Chairman of FA Referees’ Committee, he works extensively for the FA and IFAB (International body responsible for the Laws of the Football worldwide).
As Vice Chairman of the Football Regulatory Authority and Chairman of the Compliance Monitoring Group, his focus is governance and integrity.
His work continues as Chairman, Independent Schools FA and he was awarded an honorary doctorate by Sheffield Hallam University for ‘outstanding contribution to education and sport’.

Sophie Hobbs

Sophies has over thirty years’ extensive international experience as a financial executive, serving as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Global Finance for large international corporations, start-up companies, and service and manufacturing enterprises, as well as non-governmental not-for-profit organizations.
A strategist with operations and financial experience, she now concentrates on interim leadership assignments to help firms manage critical projects, challenges and transitions such as rapid growth, M&A, sale and IPO readiness, and CFO transition.
Sophie has dual French and American citizenship, is fluent in German and has lived and worked in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia (where she has also travelled extensively).

Sophie’s “favourite waste of time” after spending time with her husband, is gardening and drinking the wines they try to collect.
Tim Jones CBE

Tim Jones is an experienced CEO with specialisms in financial transactions including payment systems, retail banking and pensions. Tim is the former CEO of NEST Pensions in the UK and serves additionally as an Independent Director at ITG Inc., a NYSE listed institutional broker dealer in New York.
Earlier in his career, Tim spent seventeen years at NatWest Bank in the UK where, from 1990, he led the development of Mondex digital cash, as well as becoming Chief Executive of Retail Banking in the late 1990s.
Tim has recently been appointed as Chairman of Tata Limited, in addition to his NED responsibilities and advisory work with Greening.

Tim is married with three grown up children and has homes in East Sussex and London.
Katie Lafiandra

Katie brings 25 years’ experience on executive leadership teams, across multiple sectors and geographies. She has successfully delivered international Human Resources transformations, strategy and operations, building great teams and cultures, and interacting with the Board.
She has served at public-traded companies with large international footprints, then most recently joining as CHRO for EVO Payments, a private company that successfully went public in 2018 (IPO), culminating in the sale to Global Payments in 2023.
Prior to her executive HR roles, Katie practiced law with Jones Day and Morris, Manning & Martin, and then as an in-house General Counsel for 13 years.

Roger Lampach

With more than 30 years of leadership experience within international companies, Roger loves working in high-tech environments. He specialises in setting-up and optimizing operational structures, with a keen eye on the company’s profitability. Speaking several languages, he communicates easily, bringing people together with his enthusiasm and fostering team spirit.
A graduate of Technische Universität München, he began his professional career in 1989, and has successfully held responsible positions including CTO, CEO, Managing Director, Advisor to Boards of Directors including the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of LU-CIX, the Luxembourg Commercial Internet Exchange Platform.
In January 2007, Roger originally joined LuxConnect as CTO and CEO, then was later appointed MD and Member of the Board of Directors of LuxProvide, a 100% subsidiary of LuxConnect, in charge of the acquisition, launch and operation of the Luxembourg national supercomputer MeluXina.
For the start-up phase of LuxProvide, Andrew Greening supported Roger and his team to attract supercomputer talents to Luxembourg.
Since retiring in July 2023, Roger has created his own company, Larotech, providing consultancy services in Data Center infrastructures and HPC environments

As well as relishing a patchwork family with three young adults, Roger enjoys cycling, long walks and travelling. This includes experiencing Italian food and wines with friends and family. Recently volunteering in the Repair café, an organisation repairing electrical appliances, bicycles, toys etc. free of charge.
Romain Mannelli

Expert in Leadership, Talent Development and Performance Management, Romain led the HR function of RTL Group as Executive VP Corporate Human Resources, playing a central role in the development of the Group.
He was a key player in the merger of CLT (Compagnie Luxembourgeoise de Télévision) and UFA (Universum Film AG, owned by Bertelsmann -Germany) in 1997 and the creation of RTL Group after the merger with Pearson TV in 2000, merging very different corporate cultures. He retired in mid-2016 and currently provides consultancy in Leadership and HR Management.
Prior appointments include Managing Director of Luxair Tours, the tour operator entity of the Luxembourg airline Luxair and Head of Information Technology and Information Systems of Chemins der Fer Luxembourgeois. Romain graduated in Information Technology from the University of Karlsruhe (Germany).
Outside of Greenings:
Romain was a member from 1969 to 1980 of the Luxembourg national epee fencing team, was several times national champion and member of the Luxembourg epee fencing team participating in 1972 in the Summer Olympics. He still enjoys fencing along with tennis and music.

Kevin has worked with Andrew Greening since the formation of Greenings and adds his network and business acumen to the team.

Tony Underwood

Tony made the transition from international rugby player to build another successful career in commercial aviation. Reaching the top of these two high-performing environments, he brings a unique insight into what individual qualities it takes to harness the most from yourself and from your team. In particular, that everything revolves around relationships.
He played rugby for Cambridge University, Leicester Tigers and the Newcastle Falcons, won 27 caps for England and went on two British Lions tours.
His flying career took him from Easyjet to Virgin Atlantic and culminated in his role as a Captain for Emirates.
To build on these experiences, he qualified as an EMCC Executive Coach and became a practitioner in EQi2.0, a measure of emotional intelligence.
Tony is on the Dean’s Advisory Board at York St. John Business School and is a proud ambassador of the Newcastle Rugby Foundation.
Outside of Greenings:Tony enjoys dog walks and cycling or any excuse to get into the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside with his family.
Polly Van Duser

Polly has spent over 20 years in Talent Acquisition including 13 years in Payments, leading in-house teams that support all enterprise recruitment efforts for Bank of America Merchant Services, Heartland Payments Systems and WorldPay.
With a passion for empowering women, she has led companywide Women’s Leadership Networks and is on the Board of Directors for Wnet (Women Networking in Electronic Transaction).
Key areas of expertise include end-end Talent Acquisition Strategy, recruiting senior level talent, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, building infrastructure designed to drive enterprise-wide recruitment efforts, employment branding and recruiting process improvement.
Polly holds a Bachelors in Journalism from Georgia State University and her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
Outside of Greenings:
Based in Atlanta, Polly enjoys cooking, travelling, podcasting and volunteering in her community. Her free time is spent with her husband and stepdaughter. She is also an identical twin.
