Karen heads up the Research function for Greenings and has been an integral member of the team that has differentiated our offering, engaging with candidates across the globe and across multiple sectors.
Having studied French and German at Oxford Brookes University, Karen moved to Paris after graduation for Arthur Andersen (Accenture). She subsequently joined Logica in their HR function whilst studying part time for her IPD qualification; latterly she was HR Manager in the Financial Services division, (retail and wholesale banking). Karen then moved into Executive Research and has supported Andrew and the team across Europe and the Americas ever since.
Karen lives in Kent with her husband and three dogs and enjoys holidays in the British Virgin Islands and anywhere else with a warm climate.
