Claire has over 15 years of experience in international executive recruitment specialising in a variety of disciplines within predominantly tech and fintech companies. At Greenings, Claire works on executive search assignments in both a research and delivery capacity.
A fluent French speaker, Claire spent seven highly enjoyable years of her search experience in Paris, focusing on the French and wider European market, developing an extensive and loyal network of candidates and clients. Highlights include successfully establishing the Paris office of Euro London and the Paris Finance practice for PSD Group.
She enjoys the challenge of helping clients with complex search requirements and seeing candidates she has placed successfully progressing their careers within those businesses, which range from large global corporates to SME’s, PE backed and scale-up organisations.
Claire enjoys spending time with her family, walking or running with her dog in the Wiltshire countryside and singing and performing with a musical theatre choir.
