2024 sees us proudly celebrate 25 years since our launch in Luxembourg. Through our combined endeavours, mutual trust and tenacity we will be using the coming year to reflect on the businesses we have enabled and the careers we have helped to flourish. Our 1999 ambition of becoming a trusted cross-border talent advisor continues to underpin everything we do!
Having navigated many global events over the last two and a half decades, whilst we start this year with a heavy heart that there is so much unrest and uncertainty in the world, this will not deter us from making 2024 the year we say “thank you to our clients, candidates and partners!”
This 25th year has already started with an intensive tour of Canada and the Americas, delivering searches that will be integral to transformations occurring in the Canadian and LatAm Payments ecosystems, with clients more open than ever to globally sourced candidates.
Whilst we are seeing the demand for specialists becoming ever more cross-border, we are fighting the post C-19 trend of reduced mobility, both from a relocation of the home base, as well as from a commuting perspective; this is far from a settled state. In the meantime, we are helping clients to accommodate these changing trends, whilst balancing the medium to longer term performance needs of their businesses!
We are already seeing a considerable up-turn in senior management considering new opportunities in 2024. More executives are prioritising lifestyle, others seeking to anticipate and follow new growth markets in Middle East, South America, SE Coast US…Some are simply choosing a preferred home base in Southern Europe, aligning with employers who will let them commute to London or Amsterdam…
In servicing the globalisation of Payments over the last 20+ years, we are taking our celebrations to be with you in 4 locations that have been at the heart of our journey: Luxembourg, Atlanta, London and The Solent! These represent business hubs for our clients, as well as our well renowned Payments & FinTech Regatta, which has brought together many industry heavyweights through sailing over the last 17 years
Over the coming months, we will be featuring the journeys of several candidates and clients with Greenings during our 25-year timeline.
