Supporting the arrival of a new CEO, James Hicks, we conducted 2 robust Executive Searches delivering a new CFO, Ira Polikoff, immediately followed by a CRO, Mia Huntingdon, to lead the transformation of Canada’s market leading Payments Acquirer. Greenings has known James for 12 years, whilst in Europe at Global Payments, and prior to Moneris, placing him as EVP, Scheme Relations at Nets/Nexi in Frankfurt.
Objective
Supporting the revised organisational structure, building a more agile and strategically focused ELT, providing succession to the CEO.
Desk based research, covering Canada, NE US and European markets, ideally seeking an internationally experienced Canadian, seeking to return to Toronto.
CRO Result
Diverse Canadian with deep Payments experience across the globe, running an international role from Toronto/Atlanta.

Globally experienced, American Express Executive, bringing strong strategic and analytical financial skills, supporting the CEO in future thinking, resource allocation and Board interface.

A 12-year trusted relationship with CEO James Hicks, led to international searches resulting in the placements of Ira Polikoff CFO and Mia Huntingdon CRO, spearheading business transformation for Canada’s No1 Payments Acquirer.

Responding to a revised organisational structure, building a more agile and strategically focused ELT, with succession options for CEO; Greenings embarked on global searches, including a diverse set of returning Canadian’s with international experience, bi-lingual French-English, all with world-class major corporate experience across Payments and Technology.
