Acknowledging the significant challenge of the brief; Greenings Research team, led by Jade McFadden (Atlanta), utilised our latest research tools and networks, to quickly identify relevant Japanese nationals across the US, Japan, China and Australia.
All had fluent Japanese, relevant experience in Western culture Technology firms, with the willingness to relocate to Tokyo.
A seamless project, bringing together the International business President in the UK, Human Resources in Atlanta, and the CEO, Japan, generating a deep slate of candidates, placed from 1st Shortlist, with an additional hire for Product Lead, Tokyo.
